Motel 6 Santa Clara, CA

Great Stay! Great Location! Room was clean and looked recently updated. Location is very close to restaurants and shops. Front Desk Receptionist Maribel was very helpful and courteous always greeting guests with a smile. Called front desk for extra towels and housekeeping brought them right away. The whole team was very friendly. If I ever need to stay in Santa Clara I will definitely come back to this Motel 6.

"I had a fantastic stay at the Rodeway Inn Santa Clara. The newly remodeled rooms are incredibly clean, and the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve found at this price point. The highlight of my visit was the service at the front desk. Jack was exceptionally helpful from the moment I arrived. He was knowledgeable, professional, and went out of his way to ensure my check-in was seamless and that I had everything I needed for a restful night. It’s rare to find this level of genuine hospitality and care in an affordable hotel. The location is also perfect—quiet but close to everything. I will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!"

Stephen, the manager is AMAZING. The office staff is great. The morning lady has kind of an attitude but it's a 6am shift, I'm not a morning person either. Their housekeeping is amazing as well, always smiling and more than willing to help with any cleaning needs. Me personally I have anxiety about people being in my space, so I make it a point to clean my room, myself and asking them for anything I need to clean is NEVER a headache. Stephen makes it a point to talk to guests and never makes me feel rushed or unimportant. Very professional and caring staff all around. The location is 5 minutes away, walking, from a dollar store and a minute walk in any direction of Korean barbecue. It's a great place to go on a walking adventure, there's so much around here.

The many Motel 6's that I have visited over the years have always offered a comfortable, affordable and pleasant experience. The room was attractively decorated in their new color scheme and I had a good rest. There were construction workers also staying the night and were a little rowdy, but there was no feeling of caution or apprehension. Thanks for a good night's sleep!

For a motel six I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my room was, and how decent the renovation was in the room. The first night they came, and cleaned the room as they did the second. After that they never came again, and there was no signage in the room to say anything about the cleaning policy. I was staying there for a week so I did expect something, but to no avail. The shower was awful. That’s my only complaint, the showerhead you were unable to move, and the prickly points of water came down and we’re hurting my body.

Steven was kind, helpful and honest in my interaction with him. I incorrectly made a reservation at Santa Clara during the holidays.I did not follow up until 3 weeks later. When I called Motel 6 in Santa Clara, and spoke to Steven , I was told that he would do what he could to see about reimbursements, and would follow up. I did receive the reimbursement, but most of all appreciate Steven’s professionalism and follow through .

The lady at the front desk was wonderful she saw that I got the room I requested. I got there early and it wasn't ready and she had her maids get it ready for me. She even went to help. Great service. It was in a great area near everything you'd need, nice furniture, well kept up, nice and quiet. It's the best Motel 6 I've stayed in.
